General Information

The Personnel Board hears appeals relative to any grievance, disciplinary action, or alleged violation of Town ordinance by a Town employee. Enabling Ordinance

The Board consists of five members, whose terms of office shall be five (5) years. All members must be residents of the Town of Los Gatos, but may not hold a public office or be employed by the Town.

Meetings

The Board meets annually on the first Wednesday in March at 4:00 p.m., at a location determined in advance of each meeting; or as requested by the Chair or two members of the Board. The Staff Liaison is the Human Resources Director.
