Parking near your home can be challenging at times. To help maintain on-street availability, several areas in Town have parking restrictions during parts of the day or night. Residents in these designated districts may be eligible for a residential parking permit.

Residential Parking Permit Districts
Residential permit programs are in place in the following neighborhoods:
- Almond Grove – Includes parts of West Main Street, Bay View, Wilder, Nicholson, Tait, Bachman, and Almendra Avenues
- Broadway – Includes Broadway Avenue
- Edelen/University – Includes University Avenue (Mullen to Bachman), Mullen, Bentley, Miles, and Edelen Avenues
- Olive – Includes Olive Street
- Villa/East Main – Includes Bella Vista Avenue, Jackson Street, Villa, Johnson Avenue, Alpine, Whitney, Cross Way, and designated spaces near 258 East Main Street
Note: Permits are not valid in the loading/drop-off zone in front of Los Gatos High School (on E. Main Street) between 7–9 AM and 2–4 PM on school days.

Temporary Visitor & Construction Parking Permits
- Temporary Visitor / Guest Parking Permit: Available for residents hosting events.
- Construction Vehicle Parking Permit: Available for contractors working in residential permit zones.
