Engineering Office counter hours are provided on a weekly schedule below. A member of the Engineering Staff will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 1pm. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays will be covered by one of the staff Land Development engineers. Tuesdays and Wednesday will be covered by the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) engineers.
With the Town now accepting solely electronic files for plans, documents and materials, it is recommended that files pertinent to discussion with Staff be provided in advance of visiting the Counter or meeting with a Staff member. The email address of an application's project engineer can be utilized to send these files ahead of time. Alternatively, in the instance of a larger file size, a File Drop page is available for use, linked below.
Note: Individual members of the Engineering Staff may be available for meetings on other days and at other times by appointment, and virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom are an option as well - please coordinate with Staff accordingly. Counter staff coverage may change without notice as needed.
