On Wednesday, June 17, 2015, the Town Council will continue its deliberations on the North Forty Specific Plan. In addition, public comments will be considered regarding those matters not previously determined by Council motion.
These matters are:
• Uses allowed within the 435,000 square feet, including provisions for existing buildings
• Multi-modal paths
• Infrastructure phasing
• Publicly accessible private open space requirements
• Tenant space requirements, if any, for certain commercial uses
• Conditional Use Permit requirements for certain commercial uses
Written comments are welcome to be submitted to the Town until 11 a.m. on June 17, 2015. The Council agenda and reports are available at the link below.
