Road Resurfacing Lark Ave October 1 and 2

This weekend, October 1 and 2, 2022, Graham Contractors, contracted by Summerhill Homes, will be performing a road resurfacing project (slurry coat) on Lark Avenue between the Los Gatos Creek Trail and the Highway 17 Overcrossing.

This will be an all-day event both Saturday and Sunday with traffic control starting in the early morning.  We are unable to provide an exact time for the work as the slurry seal “cure time” is dependent on the weather conditi...

Los Gatos Creek Trail Closed Oct 3 - 5, 2022

The Los Gatos Creek Trail will be closed for maintenance from Miles Avenue to Roberts Road October 3 - 5, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Detour signs will be present to guide pedestrians and cyclists onto nearby surface streets and then back to the trail. Thank you for your patience while the work is completed.

The Town is exploring the possibility of a Master License Agreement for the installation of 5G infrastructure (a.k.a. "Small Cell") on Town streetlight poles at designated locations.

The “Small Cell” consists of an antenna and battery box affixed to the pole. This would allow use of Town streetlights at Town-Designated locations. A Master License Agreement benefits the community by allowing the Town to pre-approve specified locations ...

Highway 17 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing Project (BPOC) Survey

The Town is issuing an online survey to gauge support for three bridge types for the proposed Highway 17 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing project at Blossom Hill Road.

Adopted 2040 General Plan & FAQs Now Available!

On June 30, 2022, in accordance with State law (Gov. Code Section 65300), the Town Council voted to adopt the Draft 2040 General Plan with modifications after several public hearings at both the Planning Commission and Town Council.

This process is a responsibility of each planning agency and Council in California.

County of Santa Clara Launches 988 Phone Number Dedicated to Crisis Mental Health Services

Santa Clara County has launched a lifeline phone number for people to call in times of mental health or substance use crisis, with teams of trained counselors available 24/7 to offer support by phone or in-person, depending on the nature of the situation.
