ADOPT ORDINANCE 2298 OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS) OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING THE LAND USE APPEAL PROCESS (SUMMARIZED)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, December 3, 2019, the Town Council conducted the introduction and first reading, and at its meeting of Tuesday, December 17, 2019 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 2298 “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) Regarding the Land Use Appeal Process.”
AYES: Jensen, Rennie, Sayoc, Spector. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Leonardis. ABSTAIN: None.
This ordinance was enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days from that date. A complete copy of the ordinance is available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030. If you wish to challenge the action of the Town Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town of Los Gatos Town Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, December 3, 2019, the Town Council conducted the introduction and first reading, and at its meeting of Tuesday, December 17, 2019 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 2298 “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Repealing and Replacing Chapter 6, Building Regulations, ad Chapter 9, Fire Prevention and Protection, and Adopting New 2019 California Building and Fire Codes, as Amended, including Reach Codes.” AYES: Jensen, Rennie, Sayoc, Spector. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, December 17, 2019, the Town Council conducted the first reading of Ordinance 3000 “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Amending Chapter 16, Article II, Section 16.20.035 - Construction.” The second reading is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Council meets at 7:00 p.m., Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, California. A complete copy of the ordinance is available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, California. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
