BUSINES LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALL BUSINESSES INCLUDING
HOME-BASED BUSINESSES


Business license taxes were due January 2, 2020. As a courtesy, reminder notices were mailed in December 2019. Per Town Code Section 14.10.075, a second 25% late penalty will be assessed on March 6, 2020 if payment is not received by March 5, 2020. For more information, call (408) 354-6835.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at its meeting of Tuesday, February 4, 2020, the Town Council conducted the introduction and first reading, and at its meeting of Tuesday, February 18, 2020 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 2304 “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code regarding Land Use and Economic Vitality Streamlining related to Formula Retail Businesses in the Downtown C-2 Zone, Restaurants, Minor Exterior Modifications to Commercial Buildings, and Group Classes.”
AYES: Jensen, Rennie, Sayoc. NAYS: Spector. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None.
This ordinance was enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days from that date. A complete copy of the ordinance is available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.
