NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, and Teleconference to consider:

SUBJECT: 110 WOOD ROAD
Consider a Request for an Exception to the Height Pole and Netting Policy to Allow an Alternative to Standard Story Pole Installation to Illustrate and Provide Notice of the Proposed Project on Property Zoned R:PD. APN 510-47-038. Applicant: Frank Rockwood. Property Owner: Covia Communities. Project Planner: Sean Mullin

IMPORTANT NOTICES: This meeting will be conducted in person and utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with State of California Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
