EEO-4 Report

The Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires all employers to provide a summary of employee demographic information, by position, every odd calendar year. The effective date of the demographic information is June 30th for the year it is collected. Because the information is reported as of a specific point in time, the diversity of the Town’s workforce continues to change due to the hire of new employees and the retirement or resignation of existing employees.
