    This service is free of charge but it's limited to 1 request per household a month. 

    Thank you for using our online request form. You must enter a name and email or your request will not be processed. 

    *The 3D printer can only be used for lawful purposes.

    *The library will not print material that is prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

    *The library will not print material that is unsafe, harmful, dangerous, or poses an immediate threat to the well-being of others.

    *The library will not print material that is obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

    *The library is not responsible for any object created with the use of the 3D printer.

    *The library cannot guarantee item quality or stability, nor confidentiality of designs.

    *The library reserves the right to refuse any request.

    *The library does not print weapons, their components, weapon replicas, or toys that can be used as weapons.

    By submitting this form you agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions. PRINTS NOT PICKED UP AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE RECYCLED. 

    Not picking up your print will result in the removal of eligibility for future 3D print request.
