Enjoy a free family movie night under the stars in Oak Meadow Park. This year's featured film is Disney's Frozen

Children’s Activities will begin at 6:30 p.m. with games hosted by LGS Recreation, music, face painting, and pictures with Princess Elsa.  Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad will be offering train and carousel rides for $2.00 per person. 

The movie will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. and it is recommended to bring blankets and low back chairs.  This year’s featured film, Frozen, will be shown on an inflatable movie screen in front of the Bandstand.  The Billy Jones Snack Bar will be selling BBQ selections, drinks and snacks from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Los Gatos - Monte Sereno Police Department to host National Prescription Drug Take-Back Event - Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at 41 Miles Avenue, Los Gatos

The Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department will be participating in the National Prescription Drug Take-Back event, sponsored by the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), in collaboration with Community Against Substance Abuse (CASA) and the West Valley Clean Water Program (WVCWP).

At this drive-through event, residents can drop-off medications for disposal, along with glass thermometers, household batteries, cell phones and eyeglasses.  Glass mercury thermometers can be exchanged for a safer mercury-free “solar thermometer” (while supplies last).

The event will be held at the Los Gatos Parks and Public Works Service Center located at 41 Miles Avenue in Los Gatos.
