It is anticipated that the Planning Commission will continue their discussion of the Development Applications to its regular meeting on Wednesday July 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. The role of the Planning Commission is to make a recommendation on the applications to the Town Council.

The Development Applications are for the southern half of the Specific Plan Area. Specifically, the proposal includes 320 residential units, of which 50 are affordable senior units; approximately 66,000 square feet of commercial space, which includes a market hall; and on-site and off-site road and other improvements. The Specific Plan and the development plans are available for review online and in the Community Development Department at 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.

A scale model is located in the Los Gatos Library and will be available for viewing throughout the Planning Commission and Town Council public hearing process. Story poles on the site are available for viewing until August 9, 2016.  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and other information is available on the North 40 webpage.

To provide input on any Planning Commission agenda item, please visit the Public Guide to Town Council Meetings to learn more about how members of the public may submit comments via email, postal mail or hand-delivered prior to the Commission meeting at which the item will be considered. 

Comments on the Development Applications may be made verbally at the Planning Commission public hearing and/or may be submitted in writing by 11:00 a.m. the day of the Planning Commission meeting.  Written comments are encouraged and should be submitted to Joel Paulson, Community Development Director, at 110 E.
