Town Council meetings are held regularly on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 110 E. Main Street. Council meetings are broadcast live on KCAT-15. Live and archived videos are also available online.

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Event
Saturday, April 30, 2016, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.


On April 30, 2016, the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department will be participating in the National Prescription Drug Take-Back event, sponsored by the United State Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). As part of the nationally recognized program, local residents can return their unnecessary, unwanted, or expired prescription medications for safe disposal at designated collection locations.

The Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department will host the National Prescription Drug Take-Back event at the Los Gatos Parks & Public Works Service Center located at 41 Miles Avenue in Los Gatos, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Citizens are encouraged to utilize this opportunity to properly dispose of prescription medications which will be relinquished to the DEA for disposal.

Memorial Proposals for the Town of Los Gatos
Veterans Memorial
Public Comment Period: April 20-June 3, 2016

The Town of Los Gatos is working with the Veterans Memorial & Support Foundation of Los Gatos to commission a Veterans Memorial at the Town of Los Gatos Civic Center.

The Veterans Memorial will honor and recognize the courage, loyalty, dedication, commitment and sacrifice of those who have served to defend America’s freedom and will offer a site of contemplation for reflection and remembrance.  The memorial will be located at the Town of Los Gatos Civic Center, and is proposed to be located in the Redwood Grove located in the southwest corner of the Civic Center lawn fronting Main Street and immediately adjacent to Pageant Way.
