The agenda for the March 15, 2016 Town Council meeting is available online.

Town Council meetings are held regularly on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 110 E. Main Street. Council meetings are broadcast live on KCAT-15. Live and archived videos are also available online.

North 40 Story Pole Update

Due to the wet weather, the intended time frame for completing the netting installation for Phase I, has been delayed.

The applicant will be completing the netting, as required. At this moment, it is anticipated that the netting will be completed by March 18, 2016.

Thursdays, March 3-24, 2016

Join the North 40 Development team each Thursday beginning March 3, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for coffee and questions about the pending application and associated improvements for Phase I.

The North 40 coffee and questions will be held in the Town Council Chambers Lobby located at 110 E. Main Street.

Initial Study and Mitigate Negative Declaration available for 341 Bella Vista Avenue for review on-line and in the Community Development Department and Town Clerk’s office, and in the Los Gatos Town Library.

The Draft EIR (DEIR) is available for review on-line here, in the Community Development Department and Town Clerk’s office at 110 E. Main Street, and at the reference desk in the Los Gatos Town Library, located at 100 Villa Avenue.

The public comment period for this proposed Negative Declaration is 20 days and will expire on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 5:00 pm. Written comments should be submitted to the Community Development Department.

A public hearing on this matter is tentatively scheduled for April 13, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street.
