In keeping with its ongoing efforts to be inclusive and to serve all members of the community, the Town of Los Gatos is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan.
The intent of the plan is to identify challenges and barriers for persons with disabilities in accessing Town programs/services/activities, and establishing a comprehensive and feasible transition plan to address issues identified.
The Town is currently seeking public input through surveys (online and hard copies available) from Town communities, including organizations that actively work with persons with disabilities. Your feedback will assist in assessing and prioritizing current and future accessibility needs for the Town. The surveys are due by October 22, 2021.
Surveys are available at:
-Town's website: www.LosGatosCA.gov/ADA
-By contacting Robert Gray, ADA/504 Coordinator, at (408)354-6815, TTY: California Relay at 7-1-1, or by email at email@example.com
-Hard copies of the survey can be obtained at Town Hall, the Los Gatos Library, and the Adult Recreation Center
