On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Planning Commission will consider amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code to align with new State law regarding accessory dwelling units.
The amendments include substantive changes related to the minimum number, size, and location of accessory dwelling units allowed on a lot with a primary dwelling.
The Town seeks public input on the proposed amendments.
