Special End of School Year Bus Pass $108

If you have previously registered, you may purchase your pass in the following ways:

Checks and Cash: Checks made out to The Town of Los Gatos (do not mail cash) can be mailed to our office. Checks and Cash payments can be made during our front office counter hours. Counter Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In order to hold the spot(s), the payment must be received within two (2) working days.

Credit card: Online payments can be made through our secure payment link located on our website. Please make sure to select either route A or B. To help facilitate the process, it will be most helpful if you use the same parent name that was used in the sign up step. Please note: A processing fee of 2.4% will be charged on all credit card transactions.  American Express cards are not accepted.

Route A - North Los Gatos to Blossom Hill and Fisher
Route B - Mountains to Fisher and LG High School

Refund Policy

When you purchase a bus pass we must reserve a seat on the bus for you. Therefore the Town does not issue refunds, with the only exception that your child moves away from the School District and no bus service is available to you. In all other situations, including when the student’s bus pass has been revoked due to not following the rules, no refunds will be issued.

If your child does move away from the School District and no bus service is available to you, then your refund will be pro-rated based on the number of service days left in the school year from the day the bus pass is returned to the Town and proof of change of address is provided. Refunds will be paid by check regardless of original payment method. There will be a $20 processing fee for all refunds.
