What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is defined as "willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices," (Cyberbullying Research Center).

This includes, but is not limited to:
harrassment, stalking, explicit pictures, and impersonating others online via electronic devices.

Cellphone"Sexting"/Explicit Pictures
Sending or receiving sexually explicit text messages or images electronically is illegal for individuals under the age of 18. The possession, production, or distribution of a sexually explicit image of a minor is considered a child pornography offense. There is no exception if the person making or sending the image is a minor or the pictures are of him or herself.
