The Building Division helps to ensure safe, healthy, and attractive property improvements by facilitating issuance of permits, compliance with codes, policies, guidelines and standards. 

Main objectives of code compliance are to enforce the zoning laws, and implement and monitor a sign enforcement program. The Code Compliance Program is designed to educate the public and increase the community's awareness of the Town's zoning and sign regulations. Violations that affect public safety are given the highest priority.
