 The Los Gatos Civic Center hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The Clerk’s Department is responsible for providing the public with information and assistance related to general customer services, Town records, and elections.  The core services of the department include coordinating the Town’s customer service center, maintaining key Town records, including Town Council agendas and minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and agreements, processing board and commission recruitment applications, and coordinating Town-related election activities.  Passport services are no longer provided in the Clerk Department.
