Architectural Standards Committee

 

General Information

         This subcommittee of the Planning Commission was created to review architectural design policies for the Town of Los Gatos.

         Committee members include three Planning Commissioners and one licensed architect, plus one licensed architect who serves as an alternate. Members are appointed by Council to serve two-year terms.

         Town residency is not required for either architect member, but applicants are asked by Council to demonstrate familiarity with Town planning policies and procedures, and an understanding of the Town General Plan.

 

Meetings

         The Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month, in the Town Council Chambers, at 5:30 p.m.
