Sign Up Instructions:
Select the box (or boxes) of the lists to which you wish to subscribe
Fill in your e-mail address
Click the Subscribe button
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to unsubscribe should you wish to do so. Your e-mail address will be kept confidential and it will not be sold, disclosed to others, or used for unsolicited mass mailings (spam).
Unsubscribe Instructions:
Fill in your e-mail address and click on Manage/Subscribe
Uncheck the box (or boxes) of the lists to which you wish to unsubscribe
Click the Update button
Note: If you wish to change your email address, you must first unsubscribe from the service and then re-subscribe with your new email address.
