April 26, 2017 Planning Commission Agenda 
is Now Available Online 


The agenda for the April 26, 2017 Planning Commission meeting is available online. The Planning Commission will consider a request to demolish three existing single-family residences, remove a secondary unit, remove large protected trees, and merge four lots for the purposes of constructing a new two-story office building with below grade and at grade parking on Winchester Boulevard.  Additionally, the Commission with consider a request for a modification of an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow beer and wine service at Firenza Pizza.

Planning Commission meetings are held regularly on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 110 E. Main Street. Commission meetings are broadcast live on KCAT-15. Live and archived videos are also available online.

16100 Greenridge Terrace 
Notice of Preparation and Scoping Meeting

April 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.


The Town will be holding a public scoping meeting for the proposed development application for 16100 Greenridge Terrace on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street.  The proposal requests the subdivision of one lot into eight lots and a rezoning to add a Planned Development overlay to the existing zoning of HR-2&1/2.

The Town of Los Gatos will be the Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed project located at 16100 Greenridge Terrace. The Town will be conducting a public scoping meeting for the proposed development application on April 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public and interested public agencies about the proposed project and to solicit public comment on the scope of the environmental issues to be addressed in the EIR.

A copy of the Notice of Preparation (NOP) is on file at the Town of Los Gatos Community Development Department and Town Clerk Department and is also available at the Los Gatos Public Library, 100 Villa Avenue, Los Gatos, CA 95030.  You may view the NOP on the Town website by using the following link: http://www.losgatosca.gov/16100greenridge

In accordance with CEQA, written comments regarding the NOP can be submitted within the 30-day NOP review period between April 7, 2017, and May 8, 2017.  Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2017. Please send written comments to Jocelyn Puga at jpuga@losgatoca.gov.

Interested in Proposed Development in Town?


Visit the Town’s Pending Planning Projects site at: www.losgatosca.gov/2378/L.  From this site, you can search for planning applications by street name and address, or by clicking on the map option.  The information for projects includes a brief description, project planner, date filed, and status. Some projects include images/plans and other related documents for information only. For example, a new proposal was filed in late February for 16212 Los Gatos Blvd. (at the corner of Shannon).  By visiting the Pending Planning Projects, you can click on the development plans and see the new proposal for this location.
