Special Meeting of the General Plan Committee on October 27, 2016

Special Meeting of the General Plan Committee on October 27, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers

The General Plan Committee is holding a special meeting to consider the Town Council’s suggestions for potential changes to the adopted North 40 Specific Plan. These suggestions were identified at a Special Meeting of the Town Council on September 27, 2016. The General Plan Committee will be discussing the Council’s suggestions and making a recommendation to the Planning Commission and Town Council regarding which suggestions should be included as amendments to the Specific Plan. These proposed amendments would then be considered during public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council. The potential amendments are intended to be specific, require no additional environmental analysis, and require no modifications to the Town’s certified Housing Element of the General Plan. The intention is not a rewrite of the entire Plan.

The community is welcome to submit comments in writing to Sally Zarnowitz at szarnowitz@losgatosca.gov or Joel Paulson at jpaulson@losgatosca.gov for inclusion in the Addendum/Desk Item to the General Plan Committee. Deadline for all written correspondence is 11:00 a.m. the day of the meeting.
