Summer is here and so is the heat!

Summer is upon us and with it our first real heat wave of the season. The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Watch for Friday through Sunday across the Bay Area and California.

While we enjoy all that our beautiful Town has to offer this weekend, please remember some of the following hot weather precautions:

  • Drink more water than usual.
  • Wear a hat and light-colored clothing when you go out.

TOWN SEEKS PUBLIC INPUT ON CODE AMENDMENTS REGARDING CELLARS

The Town of Los Gatos is considering modifications to the Town Code regarding cellars.

The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed draft Code amendments at the May 24, 2017 hearing.

Join us for two events to celebrate our country’s birthday!

On Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Town is hosting the Red, White, and Blue Block Party in Downtown Los Gatos.

Silicon Valley Clean Energy

Starting in April, Los Gatos will be powered by 100% carbon-free electricity.
