Main Street, and available for public inspection during regular public counter hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and the Town Library, 100 Villa Avenue, during regular business hours.

The staff reports to the Planning Commission will be available for public review three days prior to the meeting in the Community Development Department from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Town Clerk’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Town Library, during regular business hours; and on the Town’s website at www.losgatosca.gov.

PROJECT: POTENTIAL CHANGES TO THE NORTH FORTY SPECIFIC PLAN
On November 17, 2016, the Town’s General Plan Committee (GPC) completed its review and discussion of the Town Council suggestions for potential changes to the North Forty Specific Plan. The potential amendments are intended to be specific, require no additional environmental analysis, and require no modifications to the Town’s certified Housing Element of the General Plan. The intention is not a rewrite of the entire Plan. The video of the November GPC meeting is available at: http://www.losgatosca.gov/GPC111716. The suggestions were identified at a Special Meeting of the Town Council on September 27, 2016. The General Plan Committee discussed all of the ideas and provided recommendations on the Council’s suggestions, as well as additional items proposed by Committee members and by the public. The GPC recommendations will be the basis for detailed amendments to the Specific Plan for consideration during public hearings before the Planning Commission (scheduled for December 15, 2016 at 7 p.m.) and Town Council (no tentative date). The verbatim minutes for both GPC meetings will be available with the December 15 Planning Commission agenda packet.

The community is welcome to submit written comments to Sally Zarnowitz at szarnowitz@losgatosca.gov or Joel Paulson at jpaulson@losgatosca.gov for inclusion in the Planning Commission Staff Report/Addendum/Desk. Deadline for all written correspondence is 11:00 a.m. the day of the meeting.
